Pongot

 An elegant headgear made of the inner layer of bark; it is adorned with large red beads and horsehair at the edges. Such head bandages used to wear the Ifugao warriors, but now they look more like an anachronism, and even if a peasant puts a Pongot on his head, it is likely made from industrial production wool. Philippines, Ifugao.
